Hi,
I have been here on H1B since last 4 years and I am planning to take an appointment for H1B stamping this Dec 2014 in New Delhi. My parents live in Gujarat.
The confusion is - just before stamping I am getting married and my to-be spouse resides in Agra (Uttar Pradesh). So is it ok if I get stamping appointment in New Delhi (for Agra) instead of Mumbai (for Gujarat)?
One of my friend told that appointment location should not matter if you get a preferred date/location of your choice.
Kindly guide.
