I am finishing my 6 years on on December 17th 2005, My labour has been applied in Feb 2004
my employer had responded back to 45 day letter he received form dallas BEC.
I asked my employer to apply for H1 extension
he neglected all these day, On Nov 13th I spoked with my employer in person then he said
he will apply for H1-B extension.
But he said that 45 letter is enough for applying the 7th year. I am in confusion badly
does 45 day letter is enough or should I ask my employer to send an email to BEC for proof of my labour pending
for more than 365 days.
I think it is too late to get a response back from dallas BEC on my pending labour.
Please answer my question, I will be very thank ful to you.
