Hi,
I have been on H1B visa. Recently I got another job and they filed my H1B through premium process and approved already. Meanwhile, I have resigned at my current company and my last working day is 10/21. New company has requested me to join on 10/27 as its a fresh week start.
My question is, am I legally allowed to stay in the interim period from 10/22 to 10/26?
Does it affect my H1B status?
