Can a Person travel during the H1B transfer

Hello All:

I have a question. Can a person travel when hi/her visa is the process of transfer. Do we encounter any problems. If we travel urgently what is the solution for that. Thanks in advance for the reply's.

If you are changing company, you can travel. However, you can enter US after H1 from new company is approved.
