Hello,
I have an H-1b Visa under the CAP since Sept. of 2009. My 6 years expire next Sept. and I plan on going back to Spain for 1 year on a "Leave of Absence" and then come back for another 6 years of H-1b.
Can I visit the U.S. during that time? Can I be a turist and go see some of the things I never have time to see 'cause I am working? or does it have to be 100% outside the country for 365 days?
