F1 to H1 Deniel
Hi,
Recently my friend who was on F1 visa and applied for the H1B visa got denial and had to move India.
Now can anyone help me how to bring her back in USA.
Note: She was maintaining her F1 status with CPT while applied for H1B. (got RFE which says she was not eligible for CPT) I can provide the paragraph from the denial latter.
