Hi,
I have applied L1B to H1B change of status while filing my H1B. Since at the time when my H1 got approved my L1b VISA was expired and my L1B extension was filed and because of that after getting approved H1B my status remained L1.
On the I797 Notice it is mentioned that I need to visit Consulate to get it stamped to be on H1B.
Could anyone please help me to know that what is the time duration I can get it stamped, is it 90 days from date of approval?
