I have done this before but not sure what rules have changed since sept 2014. So, please provide any detail you have
I am planning to go to India and do my H1 and my wife H4 stamping in Dec. So, for that I have started looking all the things that need to be done. I am really confused with the payment and forms:
- Do I need to first complete DS160 form and then use the AA** number to deposit the money or deposit the money and get the receipt - deposit money in whose name and all.
- Also, I read somewhere: "In order to ensure the proper amount is paid and activated in a timely manner, first create a profile at US Visa appointment system website and choose the Schedule Appointment option" . Now what is that?
- Also, what information do I need to choose the dates?
Can anyone please provide or share with what all they did (in sequence) for h1 b stamping?
