Change of last name after marriage

My wife got the H4 visa on her maiden name. After she arrived in USA, she changed her last name to my family name.
So her new passport is in her new name and her H4 visa which is valid till July 2006 is in her maiden name.
She plans to travel in Jan and come back in Mar. Do you forsee any problems with that. She plans to carry both of her passports with her.
