Want to change Job

Hi Friends
I m in trouble here & hope find solution from u. I came here on H1B last month but my employer could not find any project for me till now. Some other company offer me job & ready to file my H1B but problem is that I dont have any paystub from my current job ( almost 1 &1/2 month). I want to know that can I go with that company so that I can start my career here.
Second thing that I have contract with my current employer of 1 year(in form of offer letter). Can this also create a problem ? Need your help badly.

1. It is really a problem to get H1 transfered without paystubs as you are technically illegal in this country.

2. That is not an immigration problem. It really depends. It can be enforced in some cases.
