Need help Please: H1,H4
Hey,
My husband and I (as a dependant) are about to file for Eb2-NIW concurrently. We are applying for EAD for me, the question i have is When EAD is issued to me will my H4 visa that is valid till 2018 be still valid and can still use it?
Can my husband apply for EAD even though he is happy with his employer?
Our H1B/H4 was renewed beginning of this year but we don't have the stamp on our passports, would filing the petition before stamping have any consequences or will we have problems when we go for stamping in Mexico/Canada in the coming months?
Should we file the advance parole with our application?
