New stamping required ? Valid visa ( Old employer , Old passport)
Here is my situation:
Visa stamped with Employer A( Stamping done June 2012) : Valid till April , 2015.
Changed employer 2013, Sep.
Applied and got new passport as old passport was expiring in 8 months ( Feb 2015)
Employer Filed extension in 2014, Sep.
Extension approved.
Now I am travelling to India and will be back in US in January in 2015.
DO I need stamping in new passport. ( Valid visa present but with old employer and in old cancelled passport ).
I know we don't need to get stamped in case we have change in employer. ( if valid visa ) but not sure if this will hold good even if passport is old and new passport issues.
