Hello Everyone, I am in situation where I need help.
Currently I am working as Techno Functional Analyst since last 3 years in US on H1B. Before that i had 3 Years of development experience. In this appraisal my company offering me promotion also asking me to file an LCA amendment as they want to add QA/Tester role in my LCA as for next few months i am going to test the product in term of functional completeness.
Now when i talked to some people about the change they said that it will be a problem in green card processing (for the experience letter) which i am planning to file soon.
Question is: Can i change the Role frequently and that will not going to impact my future GC processing? or should I stay on the current role and reject this offer.
