H1B VISA Transfer

Hi ,
I am having valid H1B visa valid uptil Nov 2006 from Indian Embassy.
I am working for a company.Now I have an offer from another U.S.A based Consultant and he is asking me to travel on my existing company visa.
After I come there i.e. in U.S. He is telling that he would transfer my H1.
Do I have any issues in going to work in different company by travelling on the existing company visa?

As long as you don't work for new company and continue working for old company until you leave US, you are fine.

I could not understand your reply.
I am having valid h1 until Nov 2006.
I was in u.s.a from Feb-Oct 2004.
I came back to India and I am working for my company which has sponsored
H1 B visa till date.even now I am working for this company
I am in India and Now I got an offer from U.S based Consultant who is asking me to travel on my existing H1b visa and come to U.S.A. AFter landing in U.S the consultant is telling that he would transfer My H1b visa into his company and provide me an employment. Please suggest.Can I go ahead and travel on this visa .?
