  • 3 months left for My I-797 (H1B) expiry, any chances of rejection for Visa Stamping?

I am at present in USA, I have an approved I-797 for H1B until Feb-2015, I am planning to go to India next month(Nov-2014) and returning on 24th-Dec-2014.

My Question is: I need to go to Visa Stamping in November-2014, since I have only 3 months left for My I-797 (H1B) expiry, is there any chances of rejection for Visa Stamping? also my employer said I can come back & apply for extension before 45 days.

Please let me know since I have only 3 months left for My I-797 (H1B) expiry, is there any chances of rejection for Visa Stamping?

    Thank You
    Vinod
