H4 extension for the family and fees of I-539

My spouse and my 3 kids who are on H4 visa needs to get extended their 1-94 status, I have few questions regarding this:

1. Can I use e-filing for this category? I don't wan to use the lawyer of my employer.
2. How much is the fees for all 4 members when filing through one 1-539 application?
3. What are the supportive documents required?
4. Normally, how much time USCIS takes to extended the status?
5. Can it be done on premium processing like in the case of I-797 or I-140?

Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

1. efiling is not available for H4.
2. I believe its $290 per person. Check USCIS website for latest fee details.
3. Your I-94, I129, I797, marriage certificate, birth certificate for children. Their own I-94 copies.
4. H4 there is not set time limit, it can take 2-4 Months if no RFE.
5. There is no premium processing available for H4 extension process.
