Travel Information in DS160

Hello Team,

Posting on behalf of colleague..

"In my form DS160, I have missed to mention additional country name into "Have you visited any countries in the last 5 years". Actually I worked in Singapore for about 1.5 years (2011-2012), which I have mentioned into DS160, but during my stay in Singapore I visited Malaysia and Thailand also for a week on tourist Visa, which I missed to mention in DS160. Please help to advise on this if this issue..."

Hi,
You can simply start another DS-160 application fill it up and mentioned the new DS-160 application number while taking an appointment.
