Frquent Trip to India

Hi,

My H1B is stamped for 3 years till 2017, I landed to Newark, NJ in September,14 and have first visit to USA. Somehow i need to go back to India in Feb, 14 due to some urgency for 2 weeks. Does Immigration team cause any concern when i come back from India to USA?

I am full time employee for a Company in Bridgewater, NJ.

or can we do frequent trips to India on H1B until our visa is not expired?

Yes you should be able to. Check your visa, if it says M under entries, it means multiple entry. You can leave US and re enter multiple times. Most of the visas are multiple entry ones.
