H1B visa status after extension

Hi ,

Currently I am working in ABC company. My company filed my H1B in 2013. I got the H1B valid till 30-Sep-2014.

My company filled my h1b extension in sep-2014 and Now my status is showing "Post decision Activity" in USCIS. I was in US for 5 months from Jun-2014 to Oct-2014.

Now I am outside from USA. I have few queries :

1. What is the status of my H1B now ?
2. If approved, How much time it will take to receive petition?
3. Now if I will change the company :
3.1 What is the status of H1B if my new employer don't want to transfer my H1B?(Will it reject or valid)
3.2 How much time it will take if my new employer gets agree to transfer my H1B?

Drop Box Eligibility

My recent visa on passport and 797 expired on oct 23, 2014. I got my new petition approved. I'm with my the same employer for 9 years and on H1B.
My last stamping was done at Chennai. Can I opt for drop box visa at Hyderabad this time?Or do I have to go to chennai for drop box?
