Duration remaining when moved to India on L1A and back to USA on H1B

I came to USA on 30-Sep-2010 on L1A visa from company A. I went back to India on 30- May-2013 (after 2 years and 6 months). I came back to USA from company B on H1B on 30-Dec-2013 (after 7 months).

Will my time spend on L1A counted as a part of H1B? or my 6 years will start when I enter to USA on fresh H1B from 30-Dec-2013.

Yes the time spent in US on L1A will be counted since there was not a 365 days gap between you leaving US and filing H1 petition.
