Hi,
I had a LCA for my previous H1 B and it had correct work location address. But the count name in the LCA was incorrect. When I checked the salary difference between the correct count and the one mentioned in my LCA, it was about $5K per year. Now during my visa extension I have got my new LCA and this one has correct count name in it. Is my employer legally entitled to correct my previous LCA and pay me the correct salary as per my county salary for that LCA period?
