Whom to Join for Green Card ?

Hi all,

I am a BA and this month I completed 2 years of my H1B. I am interested in green card of USA. Many small (Indian) staffing companies are telling me if I join them, they will do my Green Card (and also ready to pay 90K salary). CTS / Capegemini are telling if I am joining them, they do GC. I am not able to decide to whether to find a local American Company for Green Card or shall I join Small Indian staffing company or CTS. Please advise
