LCA by previous employer when H1 trasnferred

Hi,
I have a valid H1B. Been to US for a couple of months and now in my home country. I want to transfer my VISA to a new employer. Having my VISA transferred to the new employer, can my previous employer file a LCA(considered if I am still working with previous employer). Could you please help me know if thats gonna create an issue?
