Query on H1b VISA re-stamping

Hi

I have query on H1B stamping. Two years back I came to US on H1b with XYZ India based employer and working at client place in US. My VISA got expired last year and I got I797 approved document which is valid till 1/2016. In December i am planning to visit India and I need to go for stamping.

Can you guide me what are the documents I should carry and precautions? Since I am with XYZ company will the interview will be smooth?
