New Appointment or Directly go to Chennai consulate with IRS Tax returns transcripts

Friends,

Already we are having H4 IRS Query(IRS has directly send my tax returns transcripts to DEPARTMENT OF STATE).Can we take a new appointment or directly go with IRS tax returns transcripts to chennai consulate without appointment.Will this idea works or get any problem of rejection or any negative thing.Pls give me reply immediately if anyone know about this type of problem.
