short stay with a employer on h1 affects processing of green card?

This is for a friend who in on H1 and moved from employer A -> employer B and worked for employer B for a week. After that he moved back to employer A.

During GC processing, does he need to specify the short term work with employer B? or Safely ignore to mention about this short term work employer. what is the affect of this during GC processing.

Did he get paid for that one week by either A or B?
