IRS Query(Directly visit chennai consulate without appointment or New aptmt)

Hi,

I don't have 221(g) or refusal.Right now we are having query like IRS has to send my tax returns transcripts directly to the DEPARTMENT OF STATE.IRS has people has sent my tax returns transcripts to the DEPARTMENT OF STATE but I don't know when chennai consulate people will call us again that is the reason why I am planning to take a new appointment or directly visit chennai consulate.My quesion is,Is that good idea to directly visit chennai consulate without new appoint with this query.Pls get back to me immediately.

You can't visit US consulate in Chennai directly without an appointment.
