Hi,
I will be going for my first H1b Stamping after . I have few questions regarding the Stamping Questions. A little background about me.
I am currently working in EVC Model. My employer is not a consultancy company, it works for federal government and all its projects are in house except few. I had been working with the same employer for more than 6 years and this is my first project on EVC model. Currently I am located at my client side.
My Query is regarding the following questions.
1. Who assign day to day tasks.What is the expected answer?(If I answer its my client manager can that be an issue in visa stamping.)
2. Who supervises your work. What is the expected answer?(I do have bi-weekly in person meeting with my employer and I also have to submit weekly task reports regarding the tasks I am working on and the tasks I will be working for the incoming week.)
