H1 to H4 conversion and back to H1 conversion at later point

Hi ,

Im currently working on H1b visa from nearly 2 years in Us .My fiancee is also working here on H1b .Im getting married and want to convert my H1 b visa status to H4 as dependent . My current visa is till Dec 2014 . If I convert now to H4 status , will I be able to reconvert my visa status to H1 at later point may be after 4 to 5 months.
should I follow the H1 Cap or can I directly apply H1 visa without CAP with my employer in 2015.
