Hello,
I did a H1 transfer to desi consulting firm. The question is regarding the salary that I am recieving. They are saying that they would be giving me the amount that is there on my LCA as salary and the remaining some amount as monthly bonus. The remaining amount as quarterly bonus.
For example: I am making $8000 a month. Then $5000 is given as salary as per my LCA. $2000 is given as monthly bonus and the remaining $1000 is given as quarterly bonus every quarter.
What do you think are the pros and cons for this offer. If this is going to pose any problems during my GC process.
