If Motion To Reopen is applied for Denied H1 Visa we should get a new Receipt number.
After that does the Status of Original Petition change?
My Employer has filed for Motion To Reopen more that 3 weeks back. He has not received the New Receipt number for Motion To Reopen.
When I search my case status using the Old/Denied Petition number, Status is Still Denied. Will it be like this? or the Status of OLD/Denied Petition should also change with Motion To Reopen.
After that does the Status of Original Petition change?
