From what I know, If you have h1B stamped and you switch employer, you are good to travel till the valid date on the h1b stamp. You should carry your new I-797 and other relevant docs.

Hello ,
I need some information regarding H1 stamping. I have my H1 stamped with company A . Recently i have changed my Employer and i have my H1 with company B. I am now planning to go to India in Jan. So do i need to get my H1 stamped again if i leave United States. Please suggest. Its Very Urgent.......Thanks for your help.
