Clarification

Hi to All,

Need some clarification, At counsulate after visa approval, will I-797,I-129 and LCA wiill be taken or given back.

Pls in excitment i donot recollect.

If the visa is given, the entire bunch will be returned across the counter. Only your passport will be retained. You can however wait to see if the papers are couriered alongwith the stamped passport. If it is only your passport that comes by post, then you ought to write to them mentioning about the originals that you left behind and the way to get it back.
