H1Transfered renewal

My husband had H1 visa which got transferred from company A to B .With the Company B he had travelled to the US for 2 months .Now shifted to a company C ,but not having the payslip/W2 from Company B.Is it possible to get the H1 transferred to company C or reuse the same Visa .

Where is the person now ? I have not heard of anyone being in the US and getting a H1 transfer without pay slips. No payslips means you are out of status.
How is it even possible that he doesn't have paystubs for the 2 months he worked ?

the person is outside the US for 1 year .trying to get an opinion if it is possible to apply for new H1 or is it possible to reuse the H1 on transferring back to company A
