Help on H1B visa

My education qualification is 10 + 3 years Diploma + AMIE (Electical Enginneering) + 9 Years of work experience with one of the MNC.

Can I eligible to apply for H1B visa.

May be may be not. You first need to get an employment offer which matches with your education and experience Then you need to work with the employer's legal team to get your educational and experience credentials evaluated only then your employer would be able to file a LCA and subsequently petition for a H1 visa for you.
