H1 B Petition Expired (Aug 2013)

Hi,

My H1 B Petition (Sep 2010 to Aug 2013) got expired with out any stamping. (NO Visa)

I am planing to leave the employer who had applied the petition.

Can i get it extended from a different employer.

Also do i have the right to demand my petition details if the employer is not willing to share the same.


Please assist.
