H1b Dropbox Question- Urgent

Hi,
My Current VISA stamp expired on 30SEP2013 but my VISA is obviously still valid as I have a valid I-797 which expires on 30SEP2016.
Will I still be eligible for the dropbox?

Additional details:
Same employer, same VISA class as before.

Visa, I797, Status , I94 are all different things. As your visa expired over 12 Months back you are not eligible for dropbox.
