    How to change Class Consulate or POE

    Hello, I,m working in singapore for last 3 years..

    so while applying for visa I had given consulate as Singapore.

    but now I'm traveling to india for a month or two.

    can I give my h1 visa interview in Mumbai..

    also heard singapore consulate is very strict

    please let me know..
