Visa Approvd by VO but still in administrative processing frm past 2 weeks in Jamaica

Hi ,

My H1 VISA was approved by VO on dec 8 2014 in jamaica. Its been more than 2 weeks but my status is still showing as administrative processing . I am e-mailing the consulate every day but not getting any response back form them . I don't know what to do now. please give me some suggestions. Should i wait here ? How long should i wait ? Or shall i take my passport back from embassy and go to my home country to get the stamping again ?
