H1B - 221g Blue Form, Requesting for Project documents - (No Client involved)

I appeared for interview in Sep 2014. I was issued 221G Blue form asking to submit the necessary documents from Employer.

Its about "documents related to detailed description of project, technical description, timeline, current status, no of employees, work location, marketing analysis of final product"

My employer has given necessary project documents which includes all of the above information as requested in 221 G.
My employer gave the project documents stating I will be working on an internal product/project with the employer itself. So there is no client involved here.

Even though I submitted these documents, still they are issuing new 221G asking the same point again and again. Any specific format/templates for project docs? how to overcome this?

Please help your suggestions will be useful.
