Hi all,
Me and my wife are working in different companies thru H1 B Sponsorship. We are planning to do a surrogate child from India. We have checked this and confirmed that the birth certificate of the new born child will have genetic parents i.e. me and my wife which means the passport also will be the same.
My question is has anyone done H4 for surrogate child and found any issues from US Consulate?
I have talked to **** ** firm in Chennai and they have asked me to forward a copy of the contract to ensure that there will be no issues.
We are still Indian Citizens and so do not think the visa could be a problem.
Please let us know if you have any information.
