H1b stamping related questions....
Hello All,
I would like to know few details, I am going for my H1 stamping to India, would like to know the below questions:
1. What exactly do you mean by Project Documents?
2. If we don't get a client letter, does that Increase chance of rejection?
3. If we are in EVVC model, does that Increase chance of rejection?
4. My fiance is also going for stamping, and if asked what does he do? should I say the truth? or say he is in US..?
5. I was on CPT till Oct, attended school regualry, but when I got my H1 I took a break for a year, would there be a problem for that?
6. My employer is small, would that have any issues?
Kindly help for the above questions asap.
