Hi,
Please help me with my question. My H1B exhausted 6 years of stay last year end of April 2014 and I returned back last week of April 2014. Would I be eligible to apply for new H1B on April 1 2015 or would I have to wait another year?

It is better to plan .. depends on you.. you can apply for this again H1b visa..
