Am Paneer from India,i was reading this forum and like to clarify a doubt which i have. I have a 14 days overlap between my 1st and 2nd company. Now my 3rd is initiating H1b for he first time. Im sure that i ll be provide all the experience letters alongwith application. But will this overlap tends to reject of H1b.
Please advise how it is treated in H1b Process.
