  • H2B - I-129 approved

    Hello, I need some help.

I entered the US in 1999 with my wife, we stayed until 2003, in 2001 we had a son, he is 13 years old now. I know that he can only help us when he is 21. In 2002 a person who worked with me got arrested by Border Patrol, and in that process they got my passport and cancelled my visa but granted me the "Leave on own recognizance". In 2003, after going to court a few times, me and my wife was asked to leave the country, and so we did. Now 11 years has gone by and I was offered a job in the US.The company filled a I-129 for me and for my wife and it got approved. Now I need to file for the Visa in the Brazilian Consulate. My son is american so he will need nothing but his passport, but I have a daughter who is 10 years old, was born in Brazil, and since Me and my wife will go up there, we want her to go with us, can we bring here somehow? Do I have a chance of getting this visa?

    Thanks for your help.

    Alex
