Diagonized with Cancer on H1 B Visa
Hi
I have Oral Cancer. I need to take a leave for approx 1-2 months since it could be extensive treatment or surgery with radition etc...
The issue is that my H1 B Visa is getting expired on MArch 15. My Employer says if i file for disability leave now its fine but it would be difficult to renew the visa without any job or paper work from the client...
So i am not sure what to do ? if i take disability leave now for 2 months to do treatment then i will be off the h1b visa reneweal? My company is good but they cannot help me in this situation since they say that visa is expiring soon in March 15 and it would be difficult to renew?
Can someone advise? plz/?
