Could you please advise me on below quires
Currently I am working on L1B Visa which is valid till Nov-2016
1. I am planning to apply H1B in April 2015 thru new employer, the new employer interested to apply my H1B thru COS (Change of status). As per my understanding if my H1B getting approved then my status will automatically change after Oct – 1st 2015 (i.e. L1B to H1B) and in this situation I have to resign from my current company.
2. Now my concern is – suppose If I got H1B approval from new employer maybe in July/August, and then my current employer will ready to transfer my H1B from new employer. So is it possible to transfer my H1B into current employer before Oct – 1st, although it is already filed with change of status(COS) by new employer ?.
