H1b Cap Visa and Passport Mismatch

Hi Seniors,

I have only first name in my Passport and already applied for Visa. Then I came to know that Last Name is very important for US visa.
I got my Visa with name as FNU NZZZ

My query is if I change my name on passport and get a new passport do I need to make same changes in my Visa too? If I don't change name on Visa and carry both old and new passport with me will that be fine?

I had the same problem and got the visa without any problem.
