hello all,
Thanks for all valuable answers and suggestions given to numerous seekers, kudos !!
lets me be short n crisp
I am working as consultant with XX company for YY client while applying for H1B-2015 and it got picked and approved.
I have changed my client to ZZ, but same employer. I have moved to the client location, have not filed an LCA yet.
my questions
1) Does filing an LCA needs a client letter from the client ?
2) If its mandatory to file an LCA as client and location changes, is the new client obliged by law to provide an client letter to my employer/me ?
3) what documents would the client need from me/my employer/vendor ask before issuing a client letter ?
4) My employer does not have my original I-797 H1B approval notice, hence my employer after filing LCA with new client would like to amend my H1B. He says the amendment, new LCA, new client letter will be more than sufficient to go for a visa stamping, please justify this ?
thank you
