can i apply for new petition when other petition is given 221(g) and it is in admin p

I have attended for H1B interview and I was issued 221g. I have another H1B approved petition from different employer. Since the first petition is under administrative processing for long time , Can I attend the H1B interview for second petition ?

IF i go for interview for second petition will it going to effect first petition processing?.
Are they going to drop the first petition?

Applied for another Visa when previous visa was in admin process...

Applied for new visa when my H1B from another company is in admin processing. Now my both Visa applications are in admin processing.
They have taken my passports. How long this takes to clear this? Please suggest.
